Yes. Every release form has Save as draft. Drafts sit in your catalogue until you submit them for QC.

The most common reasons are artwork with logos, URLs or store names, mismatched metadata, silence or clipping in the audio, and uncleared samples or covers. The rejection email always names the exact reason and you can resubmit for free.

Yes — we assign them automatically if you don't have your own. If you already have codes, enter them in the release form and we'll keep them.

Open the release in your Console and request a takedown, or email support. Takedowns carry a ₹2,000 per-song fee and stores usually remove the release within 5–7 days.

Paid plans include unlimited releases under a fair usage policy of 24 releases per artist per year.

Artist and Label plans keep 90% of net store revenue. Collab Artist accounts keep 70%, with the 30% commission covering free distribution.

Store reports land on a delay of roughly 45–60 days after the sales month. Your Console balance updates as soon as each report is processed.

Open the Royalties tab, enter any amount from $50 up to your available balance and submit the request. Payouts are processed to your registered bank or UPI details, usually within 7 business days.

Label plans include split payment automation. Artist plan users should collect royalties and settle splits themselves, or contact us to set up a manual split.

Artist is ₹999 per year. Label is ₹9,999 per year and covers up to 15 artists. Collab Artist is free for the first 1000 approved artists.

Card, UPI, netbanking and wallets through our secure checkout, or a manual UPI transfer where you submit the UTR and we verify it — usually within an hour.

Yes. Invoices are generated before renewal and emailed to you with a PDF. If an invoice goes unpaid, the Console locks until it's cleared, but your live releases stay in stores.

Yes — 2FA with an authenticator app is optional and lives in the Account tab of your Console.

Use Forgot password on the login screen. A reset link is emailed to your registered address within a minute.

Request deletion from the Account tab. Live releases must be taken down first, and we keep transaction records as required by law.
